Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Highway Safety Coordinator to join our team at 4K Services LLC.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing traffic flow and ensuring the safety of workers and drivers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a safe work zone using cones and signs
  • Providing effective traffic control to guarantee crew safety
  • Using STOP/SLOW paddles to direct traffic safely through the work zone

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Capability of standing for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Flexibility with weekly schedule changes and multiple locations
  • Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Valid driver's license required

Compensation:

Our competitive salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid training, a minimum of 40 hours guaranteed per week, overtime opportunities, and a quarterly bonus structure.
