We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Photolithography team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our Advanced Technology Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving new product introduction and ramp at our newest memory fab.
Key Responsibilities- Build and develop an elite team to drive new product introduction and ramp at our newest memory fab.
- Collaborate with Technology Development, Procurement, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless transfer of leading-edge products from R/D into manufacturing.
- Engage with suppliers to develop the process and equipment needed to meet Micron's technology roadmap.
- Partner with Technology Development for effective transfer and ramp product yield and quality.
- Engage with other Manufacturing and lead worldwide alignment efforts.
- Communicate and collaborate with partners both locally and globally.
- Senior level (6+ years) semiconductor industry experience in DRAM, including TD, HVM, or operations-based teams.
- Possess a deep understanding of Photolithography capital and support equipment.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing a process engineering team (3+ years).
- Experience managing suppliers and establishing supplier accountability programs.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing team structures, standards, and processes.
- Ability to instill a department culture within each team member in-line with the company core values.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
