About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Photolithography team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our Advanced Technology Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving new product introduction and ramp at our newest memory fab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop an elite team to drive new product introduction and ramp at our newest memory fab.
  • Collaborate with Technology Development, Procurement, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless transfer of leading-edge products from R/D into manufacturing.
  • Engage with suppliers to develop the process and equipment needed to meet Micron's technology roadmap.
  • Partner with Technology Development for effective transfer and ramp product yield and quality.
  • Engage with other Manufacturing and lead worldwide alignment efforts.
  • Communicate and collaborate with partners both locally and globally.
Requirements
  • Senior level (6+ years) semiconductor industry experience in DRAM, including TD, HVM, or operations-based teams.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Photolithography capital and support equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing a process engineering team (3+ years).
  • Experience managing suppliers and establishing supplier accountability programs.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing team structures, standards, and processes.
  • Ability to instill a department culture within each team member in-line with the company core values.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
