About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our North American Mobility team as a VP, Product Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a bold vision for our small business product offerings, with a focus on mobility and payments. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of product managers to deliver high-value business outcomes through product innovation and commercialization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends.
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to deliver on future vision.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in mobility, payments, or financial services.
  • 10+ years of progressive product leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership presence and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence across a broad set of stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Ability to set a bold vision for the reimagined experiences and develop a strategy to execute and iteratively deliver on the vision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an extensive use of both quantitative and qualitative data to drive prioritization and performance.
