Job Summary
Hayman Daugherty Associates, Inc is seeking a highly qualified Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for a well-established practice in Indiana. As a board-certified Family Medicine physician, you will oversee mid-level providers and play a key role in maintaining an acceptable and consistent standard of care.

About the Role
The CMO will be responsible for implementing, communicating, and training on established goals and objectives to ensure quality clinical care that supports the business plans, goals and objectives of the facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, with experience in educating, coaching, and training new providers and staff.

Responsibilities
* Oversee mid-level providers and maintain high-quality patient care standards
* Implement and communicate established goals and objectives to ensure quality clinical care
* Train new providers and staff on quality clinical care practices
* Foster a team-oriented atmosphere and focus on quality patient care

Requirements
* Board certification in Family Medicine
* Experience as a Chief Medical Officer or similar leadership role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
