As our Chief Sales Growth Officer, you will lead a high-performing sales team and drive sustainable growth by offering technical application solutions.

You will have the opportunity to identify customer needs, increase market share, and work closely with the technical applications team in quoting complex enterprise projects.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of Account Managers and Applications Engineers
  • Build long-term customer relationships, lead, and execute sales activities
  • Cast a vision, motivate a sales team, while exuding our company culture
  • Develop strategic commercial plans
  • Instill KPIs, forecasts, accountability, and continuous improvement within sales
  • Negotiate contracts ranging from $5MM - $25MM
  • Travel up to 15%
