Act as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, communicating user needs and technical limitations.
Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, extracting, gathering, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements.
Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
Lead user requirement gathering and respond to user requests.
Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents.
Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, reducing manual tasks and enhancing user experience.
Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features.
Ensure quality, reliability, and completeness of the services deployed through thorough testing.
Provide ad hoc and project-based reporting, queries, and analysis as required.
Balance multiple initiatives and projects, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting implementation deadlines.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, suggesting improvements for business operations.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying complex product details to diverse audiences.
Display a keen eye for detail, applying it strategically to ensure precision and accuracy in all endeavors.
Embody a critical thinking mindset, posing questions and exploring uncertain answers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities, identifying and resolving challenges independently.
**Requirements:**
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in accounting or financial software or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing practical business solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
