Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Treasury Sales Officers to ensure commercial deposits are gathered and treasury management products are sold to new commercial customers.
  • Cross-sell treasury management products to existing customers and expand relationships for all treasury services to gain maximum client share of wallet.
  • Attend joint meetings with clients and TMOs, Market team members, Regional Presidents, and loan officers to focus on banking sales segment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems, present solutions, and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and takes initiative, along with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • MS Office programs.
  • Ability to learn various banking systems in a quick and proficient manner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of applicable customer-facing experience.
Work Environment

This position regularly works in an office setting, requiring the ability to work with computers and electronic media on a regular basis.
