Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Line Equipment Specialist to join our team at Recodal Energy Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the production line operates efficiently, running equipment and machinery, inspecting products, and performing quality control checks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Production Efficiency: Follow production schedules and work orders to achieve daily objectives, operate and monitor production equipment, tools, and machine following standard operating procedures.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean work area according to safety and hygiene standards, search for minor equipment faults; report major ones to maintenance personnel.
  • Record Keeping: Record production data: output quantities, quality control results, performance of equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work together with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and achieve the required production.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow all safety measures in place and wearing related personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields.
  • Skillset: Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment, ability to handle physical workload.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000, depending on location and qualifications.
