The Case Aide - Supervised Visitation plays a vital role in supporting the Supervised Visitation Lead by assisting with transportation and various program-related tasks. This position aims to enhance family self-sufficiency through effective support.

Work Schedule:
Evening and weekend hours are required.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will:

  • Understand and adhere to relevant regulations and agency policies.
  • Engage in required training programs.
  • Legally operate a motor vehicle for participant transportation and agency-related tasks.
  • Assist the Supervised Visitation team by providing supportive services as outlined in family service plans.
  • Report activity outcomes to the designated supervisor.
  • Work evening and weekend shifts as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative efforts.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular office attendance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or training, particularly in human services or youth and family services.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.

Certificates and Licenses:
Applicants must have or be eligible to obtain current ACT 33 (Child Abuse) and 34 (Criminal Background) clearances, as well as additional clearances as required. A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are mandatory.

Work Environment:
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, with occasional travel required in various community settings.

Physical Requirements:
Employees may need to lift or move up to 25 pounds and navigate various environments, including client homes.
