Office Operations and Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temp to Perm Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Career Group in NYC offices.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the smooth operation of facilities and providing excellent service to our colleagues.
The estimated salary for this position is $62,500 per year, based on industry standards and considering the location and job requirements.
About the JobThe Temp to Perm Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing Daily Tasks: Preparing coffee, restocking kitchen and pantry supplies, loading and unloading dishwashers, and ensuring areas are clean and orderly.
- Lunch and Event Setup: Assisting with setup and breakdown for lunches and events.
- Supply Management: Coordinating deliveries, receiving and stocking office supplies and pantry items.
The successful candidate will:
- Maintain accurate records of pantry inventory levels.
- Report equipment maintenance needs.
- Maintain a log of maintenance tasks completed.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as necessary.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Exceptional Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, vendors, and management.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Physical Demands: Able to handle a physically active role with some heavy lifting (50 Ibs).
