Job Overview

Total Rehab Kids is a growing pediatric rehabilitation center seeking a skilled front desk professional to support our team in the Edinburg location.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a rotating shift schedule between clinic hours of operation: 9:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all front office functions, including patient relations, appointment scheduling, and telephone duties.
  • Coordinate patient registration, insurance verification, and authorizations.
  • Direct patients and visitors to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirements
  • At least one year of consistent experience in a similar role.
  • Two years of receptionist experience preferred.
  • Medical office experience with insurance knowledge is highly valued.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
