We are seeking a skilled Project Center System Architect to join our team at Eaton. This is a hybrid role that can be based at any of our locations, including Beachwood, OH, Galesburg, MI, Houston, TX, Menomonee Falls, WI, Moon Township, PA, or Raleigh, NC.
Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of this position is to define and communicate a shared architectural vision for using Project Center, an Eaton-developed application. The successful candidate will collaborate with Agile teams to consider solutions, validate technology assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and converge on a solution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in the planning, definition, development, and high-level design of complex product solutions and architectural alternatives for Project Center.
- Design solutions that meet enterprise requirements for both internal and external users.
- Enable a continuous delivery pipeline through proper design guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
- Minimum of eight (8+) years of experience in software/Application Development.
- Extensive experience utilizing best practices in software engineering.
- Expert level understanding of Angular and front-end applications with APIs.
- Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade, highly scalable, highly performant applications and/or distributed systems.
Eaton offers a competitive salary range of $120,075.03 - $176,110.04 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also provide various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work.
