Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at Complete Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets patients and visitors, answering inquiries and providing information
  • Schedules appointments and maintains accurate records
  • Optimizes patient satisfaction and provider time by scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Comforts patients by anticipating their needs and answering questions
  • Maintains patient confidentiality and protects sensitive information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Experience as a front desk medical receptionist preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of EMR systems
  • Ability to read and write legibly and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to travel to nearby clinics as needed
Working Environment

The position requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, lifting, and repetitive motions. Use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone is an essential part of the job.
