Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse, LPN to join our team at United Church Homes, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care delivery interventions for residents in assigned areas
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care delivery
  • Participate in care conferences and develop alternative interventions
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of resident care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
  • Provide education and support to family members in managing resident care
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved pre-licensure nursing education program
  • Active LPN license conferred by the State Board of Nursing
  • One year of experience in nursing and/or long-term care, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
