Compassionate Hospice LPN Needed for Evening Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on an on-call basis for evening shifts. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care, implement nursing practices, and accurately document patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Implement nursing practices and protocols
  • Accurately document patient services and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Three years of nursing experience
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state
