Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Online Crisis Chat Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team in a hybrid work environment. This position involves an initial training period, followed by a requirement to conduct in-person feedback and quality assurance sessions with your team.

You will be responsible for supervising a group of digital crisis specialists who provide online emotional support through Crisis Chat and Text services. This role emphasizes high levels of communication and quality assurance, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and professionalism.

Training will cover essential skills such as active listening, suicide prevention techniques, and effective use of agency resources to assist individuals in need. A strong focus on quality assurance will be maintained throughout your supervisory role.
