Key Responsibilities:
- Direct nursing services to residents on assigned neighborhood or program
- Provide hands-on training to newly hired team members and skill set retraining as assigned
- Oversee physician orders, verify accuracy, and administer medications
- Supervise and provide leadership to clinical and non-clinical team members
- Participate in interdisciplinary team reviews, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care
Requirements:
- Certifications and Registered Nurse license
- Year of nursing experience in a long-term facility preferred
