Crisis Text Line offers mental health support in both Spanish and English, leveraging bilingual staff to provide flexible support based on business needs.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with our Compliance and Localization Specialist, conversation-takers, and staff reviewers to ensure consistent quality enhancement support.

You will partner with Volunteer Experience Success Coaches to facilitate effective feedback for conversation-takers/responders.

You will oversee quality assurance into conversations between a texter and a volunteer.

As part of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, taking into account the location and industry standards.
