We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team at Owen, Wickersham & Erickson, P.C. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our litigation team, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating with clients.
- Assist with case management, including researching and organizing case materials, and preparing for court appearances.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of intellectual property law, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Three or more years of experience as a litigation legal secretary or in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in ProLaw and LegalMaster a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
