- Facilitate the transition of materials from new product introduction (NPI) to production facilities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field; an MBA is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years in material management or supplier relations; APICS certification is a plus.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Adept at cross-functional teamwork.
- Familiarity with various supply chain management systems and efficiency measurement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80K to $90K, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and more.
