As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, testing, servicing, and troubleshooting of Hirsch / Bosch/ Lenel Access Control, Avigilon/ Bosch CCTV and Bosch / DMP Intrusion Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and commissioning of security systems
  • Programming and testing of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems
  • Servicing and maintenance of existing security systems
  • Troubleshooting and fault-finding of security system issues
  • Collaboration with the project team to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in security systems technology
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the electronic field with daily use of AC/DC theory
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Aptitude for learning system programming
  • Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion certifications
  • Demonstrated Professional Competencies
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision
  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
  • Ability to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to function as an effective team member
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
Working Conditions

The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, and type on keyboard; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The use of power tools will be required to effectively perform this position.
