  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies support commercial goals.
  • Lead the FP&A function, including the preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to the executive team.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure that the organization meets or exceeds its financial targets.
  • Partner with commercial teams to provide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Develop financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes, new product launches, and other commercial initiatives.
  • Support business case development for new investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Manage financial risks, including currency fluctuations, credit risks, and market volatility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • 10+ years of finance experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience managing staff
  • Must have sales and/or commercial finance experience
