Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and protocols, and that all personnel are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Manage Inventory and Resources: Oversee the management of inventory, materials, and equipment to ensure that production schedules are met and that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance, and to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and Improve Quality: Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to ensure that products meet quality and quantity standards.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment, with a track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of GMPs, quality systems, and inventory management software.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
