Job Summary:

Multifamily Management is seeking a highly skilled Social Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the needs of our residents are met by providing them with assistance and access to local agencies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide recommendations and referrals for residents, coordinating services with local agencies as needed
* Execute status reports and HUD regulatory reports required by all agencies
* Act as a liaison between residents and management, networking and connecting residents to the community
* Handle case management and crisis management
* Develop and manage special programming for residents to improve their health, wellness, cognitive stimulation, and general education
* Prepare systems to conduct assessments and monitor and evaluate services provided to residents
* Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with staff, agencies, and residents

Requirements:

* 2 years of hands-on experience in supportive or disability services
* Bachelor's Degree, certification, or demonstrated effective performance in a related field
* Strong background in working with low-income individuals, experience in working with individuals with addiction, mental, physical, and developmental disabilities
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
* Experience with community organizing and social work, excellent human service planning skills, and ability to engage a broad spectrum of community members in planning efforts
* Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher) and computer programs
