- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a culture of hope and recovery.
- Education: Three (3) years' experience in developmental disability, geriatric, or psychiatric nursing or accredited college training in Nursing.
- Licensure: Possession of a valid Registered Nurse License issued by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau required.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn other programs used in maintaining the electronic medical records, good interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
