We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team at AMIkids. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients.

About the Role

In this position, you will conduct daily triage and supervise the administration of medication to our clients. You will also maintain accurate records, communicate with our administrative team, and participate in medical-related training sessions for staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily triage and provide medical treatment as required by policy
  • Supervise the administration of medication and maintain accurate Medication Administration Records
  • Communicate with our administrative team on a daily basis and conduct shift-to-shift medication counts
  • Participate in medical-related training sessions for staff members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A clear and active license to practice nursing in the state of employment
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and/or within a correctional facility (preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)
  • Experience with electronic medical records (preferred)
