  • Preparing routine maintenance reports, ordering office supplies, and training new employees
  • Making off-site marketing calls, preparing and analyzing market studies, and making recommendations
  • Handling business calls, pricing and policy recommendations, and special marketing projects
  • Assuming management responsibilities in the absence of the Community Manager

Requirements

  • Computer experience and tenure with the company of at least twelve months with at least six of those months spent in the position of Leasing Consultant or Community Manager or higher
  • Demonstrated leasing ability, strong leadership skills, and thorough knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions, superior leasing abilities, and proficiency in on-site computer hardware and software applications
  • Physical abilities to effectively communicate with prospects/residents and the dexterity to tour prospects/residents to apartments on multiple floors or access varied terrain
  • Reliable means of transportation
