Leasing and Sales Professional

Job Summary:
As a Leasing Professional at Sealy Management, you will be responsible for leasing and selling commercial properties. Your primary goal will be to find suitable properties for clients and negotiate deals that benefit both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Generate lists of compatible properties for clients
- Confer with escrow companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure deal terms are met
- Promote properties through advertisements and open houses
- Compare properties to determine market value
- Coordinate property closings and oversee document signing
- Interview clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Review property listings and relevant literature to stay knowledgeable about the market
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction, financing, and maintenance
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers
- Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing
- Develop networks of attorneys, lenders, and contractors to refer clients to
- Inspect properties and arrange for necessary maintenance
- Evaluate mortgage options and appraise properties to determine loan values
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the real estate market. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with technology and data analysis.
