Job Summary

We're seeking a Professional Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you'll play a critical role in helping thousands of teachers and school leaders learn to implement Zearn effectively. You'll deliver outstanding professional development sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure our partner schools and districts become highly skilled in implementing Zearn Math.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective professional development sessions to teachers and school leaders
  • Facilitate onsite and remote PD sessions nationwide, including national travel and weekend sessions
  • Prepare for sessions through close collaboration with teams and ensure deep understanding of content and partner needs
  • Analyze survey data to improve subsequent PD session preparation
  • Elevate relationships with schools and districts by creating personalized training environments
  • Share research and results with partners to demonstrate the efficacy of Zearn
  • Utilize Zearn resources to answer attendee questions and provide support
  • Develop expertise in Zearn products and pedagogy through ongoing training and learning
Requirements
  • 3+ years of K-12 teaching experience, with math teaching experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience leading professional learning for teachers and/or leaders is preferred
