Key Responsibilities

As a Pain Management Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Identifying the underlying causes of patients' pain, whether due to surgical procedures, injuries, or other medical conditions.
  • Conducting specialized assessments, prescribing appropriate medications, and performing necessary procedures.
  • Evaluating patients' vital signs, medical histories, and current medications to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Providing clear communication regarding ongoing care instructions to the healthcare team.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Completion of a residency program in medicine.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible status.
  • Possession of a valid state medical license as an MD or DO.
  • Current DEA certification.
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals.
Compensation Details
Compensation ranges from $185.5 to $210.0 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.
