SERVPRO of Yavapai County is seeking a Flood Damage Restoration Specialist.

As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Flood Damage Restoration Specialist embodies our commitment to assisting clients and customers. This role involves coordinating, overseeing, and executing work tasks on projects to meet service requirements and ensure a positive experience for our clients.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute production tasks as planned while ensuring quality standards
  • Oversee customer interactions and satisfaction, monitored through feedback and reviews
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration team members and supervise their work
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate job file to document services rendered
  • Manage labor and material usage on assigned projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges

Additional Duties:

  • Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations
  • Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials responsibly
  • Mentor and train restoration team members

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory

Skills and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights, as well as in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
