The Executive Transport Production Engineering Team is on the lookout for dedicated engineers to contribute to the VC-25B Program Build Integration Team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and refining aircraft zonal build plans to mitigate risks and establish sequenced execution strategies.
- Leading the implementation of committed design changes, assessing impacts on build plans, and promoting producibility.
- Engaging with stakeholders to provide consultation and guidance on build plan components.
- Driving continuous improvement through innovation and data analysis.
- Acting as an integrator for the health of the production system, bridging design, build plans, and final products.
Position Responsibilities:
- Fostering relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members while overseeing technical approaches and processes.
- Ensuring successful completion of Build Integration processes and milestones.
- Championing processes across functional organizations and stakeholders.
- Facilitating collaboration and integration among various commodities.
- Enhancing the Build Integration process through lessons learned and after-action reviews.
- Participating in technical review meetings for design changes, providing impact assessments and recommendations.
- Compiling inputs from commodity Manufacturing Engineers to support assessment processes.
- Supporting other platforms as required.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Security Clearance Requirement: This position necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Work Environment: This role is expected to be 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience in developing engineering technical data packages for aircraft parts and components.
- Proficiency in professional writing and teamwork to resolve technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret security clearance.
- Experience in build integration.
- 9+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Integrated Visual Technologies (IVT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CATIA and GoldEsp.
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3): Typically requires advanced technical education and 5 or more years of related work experience.
Senior (Level 4): Typically requires advanced technical education and 9 or more years of related work experience.
