Investment Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Private Equity Fund Specialist to join our team in the Pittsburgh office. This role may also be based in other locations, including Boston, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, or Washington, DC.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with experienced professionals on complex cases, develop expertise in private investment funds, and contribute to the growth of our esteemed law firm.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $215k - $330k, along with discretionary merit bonuses, clerkship bonuses, referral bonus program, paid vacation and sick/personal leave, and 10 paid holidays annually.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need 2-6 years of experience, excellent academic credentials, strong organization, drafting, communication, and analytical skills, as well as membership in the Pennsylvania bar.
Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Forming private investment funds, such as hedge funds and private equity funds.
  • Working on secondary transactions, including reviewing purchase and sale agreements, transfer agreements, and client management.
  • Assisting with investments by institutional investors in private funds and co-investments.
