We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Duke Primary Care's Patient Engagement Center in North Carolina.

Job Summary

This is a hybrid role that requires the nurse to work in an ambulatory setting, providing professional nursing care to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in venipuncture/IV therapy.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assessing nursing needs of acute and chronically ill patients and their families
  • Planning, providing, and documenting professional nursing care in ambulatory settings
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, visitors, healthcare teams, and administrators

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher)
  • A current or compact RN license in the State of North Carolina
  • Experience in venipuncture/IV therapy (preferred)
  • BCLS certification

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
