Salem Five is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing our market share, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify sales opportunities and deepen existing relationships to grow Salem Five's market share
- Collaborate with branch management and internal business partners to uncover customer needs and make referrals to cross-sell products and services
- Engage in defined sales activities to include uncovering customer needs, offering solutions, closing the business, onboarding, follow-up, and recording each point of customer contact
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to branch sales goals, engage in divisional campaigns, and celebrate team successes
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to develop skills in the banking industry and deliver a superior customer experience
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge, including proficiency with Salem Five's digital technology offerings
- Ability to build relationships and alliances with customers and colleagues
