Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team at JPMorgan Chase. As a key member of our Cyber Security organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and making a direct impact on securing our networks.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure network solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future cybersecurity needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future cybersecurity needs
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall cybersecurity of software applications and systems
  • Lead security evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and assess cybersecurity design in existing systems and architecture
  • Lead communities of practice to drive awareness of different risks and threats in the space with a special focus on network secure practices on premise and in cloud
  • Lead threat modeling activities working with cross-functional teams to drive secure implementations

Requirements:

  • Formal training or certification on security architecture practices in the network domain concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Deep expertise and knowledge of security architecture practices in the network domain with 8+ years applied experience
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering high-quality threat models
  • Deep expertise in Network security and good understanding of applied cryptography
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
  • Practical cloud expertise
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture
  • Experience effectively communicating with senior business leaders
