Your Role:
In this position, you will:
- Design, develop, and execute tests for RDT and other reliability-related assessments for SSD products.
- Advise design engineering teams on the selection, application, and testing of SSD technologies.
- Recommend design or testing methodologies and statistical process control procedures to meet required product reliability standards.
- Identify component and system requirements to fulfill company and customer expectations.
- Develop innovative acceleration techniques and analytical tools to ensure early detection of potential issues with new products, packaging, processes, and overall product reliability.
- Propose modifications in design or formulation to enhance SSD product and process reliability.
- Coordinate and manage interactions with design engineering teams to effectively identify issues.
- Collaborate with NAND, FW, SoC, and other validation teams to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Design and develop tests to continuously enhance SSD validation coverage.
- Coordinate and automate test data analysis efforts to better identify potential SSD challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in the data storage industry, specifically in SSD/HDD design, development, or validation.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
