Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions within a large-scale network environment.
  • Utilize VoIP standards, Session Border Controllers (SBC), and Unified Computing Systems (UCS) to fulfill network specifications.
  • Enhance network efficiency through the application of appropriate routing methodologies.
  • Support the identification of design goals and technical requirements.
  • Create presentations and documentation tailored for stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that system architecture aligns with industry standards and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Conduct assessments on system functionalities and performance criteria.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (such as CompTIA Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)
  • CCNP Collaboration certification is required.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of experience.
  • Security Clearance: Secret clearance is mandatory.
