Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the preparation and correctness of electrical power and distribution systems, including equipment specifications, electrical system studies, schematics, and wiring diagrams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate discipline engineering activities from initiation to completion.
  • Provide technical assistance to discipline staff and ensure the accuracy of final discipline documents.
  • Plan, develop, and execute electrical system designs, including power and lighting plans, grounding plans, and compliance with schedule and budget.
  • Assign staff to projects and ensure that discipline schedule and budget are met.
  • Provide calculations, power system analyses, studies, and specifications of equipment and materials to support technical documents and project needs.
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent education.
  • PE registration required.
  • 10 or more years of experience in engineering design as a project lead engineer.
  • ETAP knowledge and experience with Allen Bradley.
  • Petrochemicals, Refinery, and/or Phosphate experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
