We are seeking a Tier 2 Technician to support one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret technical schematics, documentation, and specifications to perform assessments.
  • Evaluate the operational effectiveness of various technical systems.
  • Regularly calibrate and validate testing equipment.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and debugging of both new and existing systems, processes, and products.
  • Design and implement new testing protocols and procedures to accommodate emerging technologies.
  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance and safety regulations throughout all testing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to address technical challenges and enhance testing methodologies.


Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in operating and calibrating various testing instruments.
  • Proven ability to diagnose technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing testing procedures for innovative technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in testing or quality assurance.


Interview Process:

Two rounds of interviews will be conducted.
