Job Summary

The Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West is seeking experienced line cooks for its on-site restaurant, Blume. As a line cook, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up hotel outlet food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté stations, as well as the grill and other stations as needed.

Requirements
  • Availability to work early mornings, including weekends
  • Previous line cook experience, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Experience as a breakfast cook is a plus
