Job Summary

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all equipment and work areas are in order and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using assigned equipment and procedures.
  • Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing wheels.
  • Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
  • Keep the dish area clean and organized, sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
