Position Summary:

RMC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in various personnel functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate recruitment processes and job classification.
  • Support employee development initiatives and performance management.
  • Manage employee benefits and labor relations.
  • Assist in employee relations and provide guidance to managers and staff.
Specific Tasks Include:

• Inputting, extracting, and compiling data from various systems.
• Preparing and processing personnel actions and documentation.
• Aiding managers in drafting performance objectives and position descriptions.
• Developing career progression requirements for various job series.
• Creating and maintaining schedules and meeting requests using Microsoft Outlook.
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering inquiries.

Qualifications:

• An Associate's degree in human resources, management, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of recent experience in human resources management, with at least one year in a Federal Agency setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Department of Defense and Navy human resources processes is preferred.

Security Clearance:

An active DoD Secret clearance is required. The selected candidate may undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
