About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Blue Anchor, NJ plant. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Manage machine performance by setting up and changing over equipment
  • Facilitate production and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
  • Understand and follow established guidelines, safety protocols, and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and complete repetitive tasks
  • Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting
