Guardian Flight is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aviation Records Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of aircraft records, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our flight operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, sort, review, and maintain all aircraft records, including airframe/engine records, logbooks, and FAA forms.
  • Perform routine data entry functions and create reports as required.
  • Audit flight log information, maintenance actions, and FAA regulatory compliance.
  • Generate Aircraft Status Reports and Short-Term Due Lists for distribution to applicable personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Flight Operations personnel to resolve issues and discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years' experience working with records documentation.
  • 1 year's experience with Adobe and Excel.
  • Experience maintaining aircraft maintenance records and administering aircraft technical database programs preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $18.00-$25.00.
  • Full benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, 401k, and more.
  • Sign-on bonus eligible.
