Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to lead our Customer/Segment Marketing efforts for the assigned segment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer/segment specific marketing plans, including demand creation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer/segment specific marketing plans, including demand creation efforts
- Interface and lead cross-functional teams on customer/segment specific marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, product, and culinary teams to bring marketing programs to life
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for the segment
- Monitor key competitive activity in the segment and analyze data to understand segment results and trends
- Turn data into actionable insights to improve segment performance
- Collaborate with product marketing to provide VOCC to support new product and innovation initiatives for the segment
- Drive improvement in assigned segment P&L's and complete analyses as required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; MBA a plus
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of results
- Foodservice marketing experience, specifically in the food industry, preferred
- Demonstrated financial skills to include solid analytics skills
- Solid communication skills to include verbal and written capabilities; strong presentation ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging entrepreneurial environment
- Travel up to 30% strategically planned to support key customers and initiatives and deliver business results
