Job Description

Belay Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex systems and solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for working with our development team to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation. You will also be responsible for performing technology assessments, supporting risk mitigation assessments, and providing technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies.

Additional responsibilities will include creating and maintaining ICAM Zero Trust documentation, researching and analyzing cloud security environments, and assisting with Risk Management Framework and DoD accreditation packages and documentation. You will also be responsible for identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, and outlining hardware and software considerations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of system administration, cloud security, and technical writing. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with full polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or a related field
  • 10 years of System Administration experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with PKI authentication services
  • Experience with SW development methodologies
  • Ability to solve complex system/integration problems
