As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will:

- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform authorized repairs as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections to recommend necessary services for ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
- Document all work performed on repair orders accurately.
- Maintain an inventory of essential tools not typically managed by the Service department.
- Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in relevant training sessions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Proven training and certifications in automotive service.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to bend, stoop, lift, or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:
This role involves daily interactions with customers, service advisors, fellow technicians, parts associates, cashiers, sales associates, and management.
