Are you a seasoned RN looking to expand your clinical expertise and take on a leadership role? Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor - RN to oversee the clinical care of homecare clients and lead a team of caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage care delivery and personnel to ensure high-quality clinical services
  • Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers to ensure their skills and competencies
  • Foster caregiver development through education, training, and ongoing support
  • Perform in-office and field duties, including patient home visits

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $70,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
  • Weekly paychecks

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience an advantage
