Job Summary:
The LPN will deliver both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a physician or qualified healthcare professional. Responsibilities include coordinating nursing interventions and patient support services in accordance with established care plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Licensure:
Valid nursing license in the State of Indiana, along with CPR certification
Experience:
Preferred: Minimum of one year of LPN experience in a healthcare or outpatient setting
